Fire alarm follow up
In June 2011, the trade association NVBR and minister of Internal Affairs have agreed that the fire department will respond less or not at all to automatic fire alarms due to the many false alarms. You can enable MB&D for monitoring fire alarms. The dispatcher will contact us in case of fire alarms.
We immediately respond by going to your premises. The short times to arrival make us prevent worse damage. The fire is quickly detected and the damage limited. Depending on the situation we call the fire department immediately. In all cases you will be informed by a rapport or in a way that we each agreed.
